These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Thabba Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. for Hajj and Umrah travel arrangements. By booking any package or service with our company, the client (Haji / pilgrim) agrees to comply with the following conditions.
Reception and guidance will be provided at the Hajj Terminal of Jeddah Airport, subject to permission from the Saudi authorities. Our representatives will assist the group during arrival procedures.
Hotels in Makkah and Madinah generally provide double-bed rooms. For triple or quad occupancy, additional beds will be arranged in the same room.
Thabba Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. shall be considered the First Party, responsible for arranging services.
The Client / Haji shall be considered the Second Party.
The First Party is obligated to provide all services promised and mentioned in the official brochure or package details.
The Second Party must make all payments to the First Party within the specified timeline. In case of delayed payment, the First Party will not be responsible for any resulting issues or claims.
If any promised service is not provided, the Second Party has the right to submit a claim against the First Party.
If a particular service is not delivered, the First Party will provide clarification. Any compensation will be limited only to the specific service that was not provided. This will be subject to the Force Majeure clause.
The First Party reserves the right to provide a better hotel or upgrade services whenever possible for the benefit of the pilgrims.
The First Party is only responsible for providing the room category that was promised. Complaints regarding room size, suite availability, or room layout will not be entertained.
The First Party reserves the right to place any pilgrim in any group, bus, or Mina and Arafat camp based on operational requirements.
The Second Party must complete all payments by the specified dates. Failure to do so may result in passport retention, cancellation of travel, forfeiture of paid amounts, and recovery of outstanding dues or damages.
All necessary administrative arrangements related to Hajj travel documents will be provided to pilgrims before departure.
Participation in Hajj training sessions and administrative presentations regarding the package is mandatory. Absence from these sessions will void any complaints or claims later.
Our packages are based on routes such as KHI to JED to KHI or KHI to JED to MED to KHI, including Passenger Service Fees (PSF). Air ticket costs are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Any penalties or charges for No Show or travel date changes will be borne entirely by the pilgrim.
If a representative manages bookings on behalf of family, friends, or a group, that representative will be responsible for all commitments and coordination. Members who did not book directly through the company cannot submit claims or complaints.
According to the final program, one or two nights in Makkah or Madinah may be reduced if necessary due to operational arrangements.
Due to road closures near Jamarat, transportation for Tawaf Ziyarat on the 12th Dhul Hijjah will not be provided. However, full assistance will be offered through our office to facilitate pilgrims.
All travel programs, hotel services, bathrooms, and other facilities are temporary arrangements and subject to Saudi regulations and operational limitations.
On 1st, 4th, and 14th Dhul Hijjah, check in at Makkah hotels will be after Isha prayer, and check out time will be 12:00 noon.
The company will complete all formalities through the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Islamabad. However, we will not be responsible for delays or non issuance of Hajj visas by the Saudi Consulate.
The Qurbani amount of USD 275 may change if the Government of Pakistan makes it mandatory for the private sector.
During the days of Hajj (Mashair), tents, accommodation, food, water, transport, and bathrooms are organized by the Muallim according to Saudi regulations. Our services remain subject to these arrangements.
Buses will drop pilgrims at Muzdalifah and return the next morning between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM to pick them up.
Each pilgrim is allowed only one suitcase during the Hajj journey. Any additional luggage transport will be the responsibility and expense of the pilgrim according to Saudi regulations. Pilgrims are responsible for the safety of their belongings. In case of loss or theft, a maximum claim of USD 100 may be made if the suitcase has a tag and lock.
Services provided in Aziziyah buildings cannot be compared with hotel services.
The term Makkah Similar refers to hotels of a similar standard to five star properties near Haram such as Abraj Towers or Jabal Omar projects according to Saudi classification.
Due to extreme heat, air conditioning will be provided. However, due to open tents and limited electricity supply, a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.
If the Saudi government increases fees related to the five days of Hajj (Mashair) or imposes new taxes after the package announcement, these charges will be collected separately from pilgrims.
Thabba Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. shall not be considered in breach of this agreement if its performance is affected, delayed, or prevented by events beyond its control. Such circumstances are referred to as Force Majeure.
Force Majeure includes but is not limited to:
• Fire, floods, severe weather, storms, typhoons, tornadoes, tsunamis, earthquakes, epidemics, or other natural disasters.
• Strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, or workforce related issues.
• War, riots, blockades, rebellions, civil unrest, terrorism, sabotage, or threats thereof.
• Power outages, water shortages, heavy traffic disruptions, or service failures by Saudi authorities or service providers during Mashair.
• Any change in law, regulation, Hajj quota, Saudi government instructions, Muallim directives, or public health protocols that make operations impossible or unlawful.
